ABOUT US
Anne Palmer and Jeremy Whitelaw
Co Owners Mash Café
Anne and Jeremy both live in Glenbrook and grew up in the Blue Mountains and Central West of NSW. They have just returned home from a six year stint in the UK to open the award winning Mash café.
'We opened Mash with the aim of establishing a café that serves delicious food and operates with an ethical approach to business. We aim to minimise our impact on the local environment and keep looking for ways to bring interesting local, organic and seasonal produce to our customers. We enjoy living and working in the Blue Mountains and have created a relaxed informal setting so that visitors and locals can enjoy our fresh food and delicious coffee in style'
Dave lives in Wentworth Falls and has been working in the industry as a
chef for 9 years in the Hawkesbury and Central West Region before
joining Mash in August 2004. Dave specializes in contemporary Australian
cuisine with a focus on local and seasonal ingredients.
