| Mash is a values led café that aims to operate ethically and reduce our impact on the environment. We believe business has a responsibility to society and community - as a result of this belief our coffee and tea is 100% certified organic and fair trade and has been since 2004. |
| The Mash team of waiters donates tip money to sponsor three World Vision children and all our packaging, PET, glass and cardboard are sorted on site and recycled. We source from small local independent companies rather than large multi nationals and use seasonal ingredients to reduce shipping costs and the carbon emissions. |
| Over the last 2 years we have donated over $1800 worth of interesting new books to the Blue Mountains city library to stimulate minds and debate on a wide range of topics - see the 'Brain Food Promotion' page for full details. |
